Empowering You to Be Confident, Strong, and Resilient
I believe that every person has the capacity to be true to themselves, confident and resilient. Yes, that means you too.
That’s why I do this work.
The Birth of the MePower® Program
As a former middle school guidance counselor, I witnessed firsthand the struggles young children faced with bullying, peer pressure, and the constant drive to fit in. I realized that they needed practical tools to reclaim their personal power and sense of self. This led me to create the MePower® Program—a step-by-step framework to translate the abstract concepts of personal empowerment into actionable strategies.
Watching students take this knowledge and transform it into their own inner strength was wonderful! That’s when I knew: this mindset shift could change lives well beyond the school walls.
Expanding My Work to Empower Women and Carepartners
Over the years, I’ve expanded the MePower® Program to focus on women and caregivers. Many women come to me feeling uncertain about their place in the world, seeking a deeper connection to themselves. They want to go to their core—to rediscover their MePower®. .
I help women redefine their choices, reclaim their voices, and live authentically in all areas of their lives—whether that’s in their families, workplaces, or personal relationships.
Likewise, exhausted and emotionally drained caregivers want more control in their daily lives, to have space for themselves, and respond to challenges with greater strength, ease and calm. I help carepartners discover how they can make time for themselves without guilt, truly practicing self-care on a regular basis. This happens because they now have the tools and skills to face on-going challenges more effectively.
I understand how easy it is to get caught up in the relentless pursuit of external expectations and perfection. The messages women receive throughout their lives often prioritize pleasing others over embracing their true selves. It doesn’t have to be that way. For caregivers particularly, the expectations of women taking care of others at the expense of themselves has been overwhelming for them.
Being a caregiver for a family member can be tough, especially for men who might face some unique challenges. They might feel pressure from societal expectations about being strong and self-sufficient, which can make it hard to express their feelings. Plus, they might find it tricky to balance work and caregiving duties, and sometimes support networks just aren’t there. They need reassurance to seek help and connect with others who understand what they’re going through.
It’s time to change all of this – with MePower® and the Positive Intelligence® Mental Fitness System.
My Hope
I want you to know and believe that everyone has the capacity to be confident, strong, and resilient. Everyone.
I will help you realize this heart-centered power and how to transform it into action.
Being true to yourself is not only possible, it is transformative
